from CDMX, México. while on a family trip, browsing in an underground (literally) market, we were magnetized by Born in 69’s irreverent designs. we love how "bornin69" takes concepts entrenched in the Mexican culture such as wrestling, box and the god Xochipilli; with details (designs and fabrics) that make them stand out, transgress norms and expectations, and create something that’s beautiful, playful, and meaningful.
