RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

we have a 14-day return policy; you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

returns may be accepted ONLY if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item.

items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached; we also require proof of purchase.

original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. we will email you a return label for you to ship your item back to us.

instructions:

1. RETURN REQUEST

fill out and submit the RETURN REQUEST form below, including photographic evidence of the reason for the request.

we will review the request and evidence and reply to you with a decision on your request via email.

2. LABEL AND DROP OFF

if the return request is approved, we will send you an email with a new label for you to print and attach to the mailer.

drop off your return to the courier on the label.

3. INSPECTION

when we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. once we confirm the item received is as stated in the return request form, we will issue a refund.

4. REFUND

we do not issue cash refunds. the card refund will usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.

NOTE:

all sale items are final. 

we are not responsible for stolen packages.
