Land Paths "is an environmental education and conservation leader with the mission is to foster a love of the land in Sonoma County. We believe everyone should have access to the awe and inspiration of nature."

Redbud Resource Group "we empower non-Native organizations to expand their reach, build cultural competency, and form meaningful alliances with Native communities. We support Tribes and Native communities in increasing Tribal visibility, sovereignty, and wellness while preserving and strengthening cultural connections."

Sonoma County Feminist Bird Club "Birding as guests within the unceded territories of the Coast Miwok and Southern Pomo. Birders for collective liberation."

North Bay Organizing Project "is a grassroots, multiracial, and multi-issue organization comprised of twenty faith, environmental, labor, student, cultural and community-based organizations in Sonoma County. Together, we unite people to build leadership and grassroots power for social, economic, racial and environmental justice."

Santa Rosa Zine Fest "nurtures, uplifts and archives the work of zine artists in and around Sonoma County. We are working to build a community of belonging with people of color, queer and trans folks, disabled and neurodivergent people, and others who are underrepresented in our local arts scene. We love to create and participate in artistic experiences that are radical, transformative, and liberating."

Codorniz Review "is an independent literary publication serving the writers of Sonoma County. The Codorniz Review publishes poetry and short-form prose. The Codorniz prioritizes stories about the Latin-American experience, but also appreciates the insights of all backgrounds. All accepted submissions will be translated into English and Spanish to make our stories more accessible to Sonoma County residents."

California Native Plant Society "is dedicated to celebrating California's native plant heritage and preserving it for future generations."

Laguna de Santa Rosa Foundation "engages community members and collaborates with public land managers and private landowners on various projects aimed at creating resilient, vibrant ecosystems and neighborhoods within the Laguna de Santa Rosa watershed."

Positive Images "is an LGBTQIA2S+ Community Center established in 1990. We provide support to the North Bay’s LGBTQIA2S+ population, with an emphasis on identities and individuals at the margins – including transgender and nonbinary individuals, LGBTQIA2S+ people of color, Latine families, neurodivergent people, and disabled people. We are dedicated to providing essential services that encompass mental health support, advocacy, and education."

Cafe Puente's "mission is to cultivate a Spanish-language multicultural center where Latinx cultures are celebrated and everyone is welcome."
