book una chica disfrazada de chica JULIA BOZZALLA
ARGENTINA
Julia writes like a girl applying makeup in front of a mirror: wanting to mask with glitter the things she dislikes about her face, yet simultaneously gazing at herself head-on, without mercy. her poems are rehearsals for the thousand lives she could lead, even as she inhabits the one she has. a girl disguised as another girl, moving forward with her eyes wide open—facing the world head-on—so that nothing escapes her notice. a girl disguised as another girl, writing as she discovers what kind of girl she wants to be.
