when looking at this beautiful print we're immediately drawn into the contrast between how stoic the subject looks, and the energetic reddish hues throughout. the print seems to be divided in an upper section of the subject's bust, supported by the sky (we were looking for a better translation of firmamento, but could not figure one out... yet.) which is somewhat  counter intutive - does it mean the subject rises above the skyline, ever present?
